Green Freshwater Pearls Necklace and Earrings set

necklace:  pretty green (dyed) Freshwater Pearls - two different shapes and shades - carefully wire wrapped onto silver plated brass chain and terminating in a decorative pewter floral motif toggle clasp which becomes the pendant from which hangs three pearl beaded strands (necklace length - 21"  - pendant drop down length - 3 1/2")

earrings:  two different shapes and shades of green (dyed) Freshwater Pearls and silver plated brass chain dangling from silver plated stainless steel fishhook ear wires (length - 2")

This is a really lovely light weight and easy-to-wear necklace and it was a fun piece to design.  A clasp is usually simply just a method of securing a necklace closed at the back of the neck and is typically unseen, but in this necklace, the toggle clasp becomes the focal point.  This particular clasp is so pretty, it should be the focal point, wouldn't you agree?!!
